Alternative travel routes for bookings on 27th, 28th and 29th May.

For customers who have booked/booking for our 10am, 1pm and 4pm sessions on Friday 27th May, Saturday 28th May or Sunday 29th May.

We want to inform prior visiting us that we are anticipating a higher volume of traffic around us and parking, including Salt Lane Car Park, than usual due to BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in War Memorial Park on these dates.

If possible, we recommend travelling earlier than normal to ensure you are able to make your session on time.

If you car travelling by car:

We recommend coming travelling the A4053, exit 5 onto Mile Lane, onto New Union St and Little Park St (B4544) to avoid any disruptions around A429 Kenilworth Road and Leamington Road (near War Memorial Park).

Parking

Various car parks have been recommended around War Memorial Park, including Salt Lane Car Park, and are anticipated to be fuller than usual. We recommend using Barracks* for alternative parking or travelling by public transport to help avoid car parking. For more information about salt lane car parking, visit:

There are also public transport alternatives available, including 8 minute walk from Coventry Rail Station or getting a bus to our front door! For more information about public transport routes, visit:

We hope this helps plan your visit and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Kindest Regards,
The Wave Team.

*please note that our discounted parking will not be valid for this site.
