Family fun at The Wave

Luke recently visited The Wave with his family and already can’t wait to come back!

He came with his wife and two children, Thea aged five and Sebastian aged eight. Luke and his son thoroughly enjoyed their time on The Torrent ride. After being extremely nervous about trying it, Luke said it was the most rewarding and exciting.

Whilst Luke and Sebastian enjoyed the bigger rides, his wife and daughter spent their time in The Reef. Thea said that she felt like a princess surrounded by the fountains and mini slides and could have spent the whole session having fun in there.

The family reunited again shortly after to enjoy the Wave Pool and Lazy River together. The Wave pool was a hit with the whole family – its gradual slope down to the waves made it accessible and comfortable for all ages. Luke said the Lazy River was great for the children that were trying to increase their swimming speed and confidence.

The family really liked the digital experience that includes the QR coded wristbands from our kiosks. This made the first part of their Wave experience quick and simple. He experienced exceptionally clean changing and toilet facilities and really liked that there was no looking after keys or codes for lockers.

Luke’s family will definitely be returning to the waterpark – they enjoyed it so much they would like to hold a birthday party here.
