All participants of the Waterpark use the facility at their own risk.
Entrance is for a minimum of 2 hours.
Rides will begin to shut down 30 minutes before closing time.
All rides are subject to availability. We can’t guarantee you will get on all the rides due to the large numbers.
Management takes no responsibility for the loss/damage of personal possessions whilst on site .
Please note there are special height, age and weight restrictions on some of our waterslides and attractions which can be found in our admissions policy under Minimum Age of Water Park Users (1.2) and Ratios (3).

Use of the facility is permitted for everyone at their own risk.
Safety signs must always be adhered to and by paying the admission fees to Coventry Sports Foundation for entry to The Wave waterpark, the purchaser agrees that Coventry Sports Foundation (CV Life) cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury caused through the use of the waterpark to any of the guests included within this booking.
Sessions are 2.5hours in length to allow for clear out and clean up before the next incoming session.
Payment will be taken upon placing order.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be sold or passed to any third party.
The management at The Wave reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date at any time if it is deemed necessary i.e. Essential maintenance is required.

The Wave uses a third party payment processor to take online bookings and makes every effort to ensure complete guest confidentiality with regards to any on-line payments. Credit card details will be secured via encrypted means as it travels over the Internet. Payment card will be debited at the time of purchase.
