Booking

Please place your waterpark bookings online by clicking the ‘Book Tickets’ tab in the menu bar.

Before you book, we encourage you to read the Admissions Policy for information on weight and height restrictions for each ride.

Choose the ticket that suits you best! There are family tickets available as well as individuals. (If you are a Coventry resident, don’t forget you can access discounted entry with a Go CV card too.)

After you’ve selected your date and session time along with making your payment, you will receive booking confirmation via email – keep this safe!

On the day of your waterpark session, remember to bring your email booking confirmation, either printed or electronically – you will need this to collect your waterpark wristbands. 

Change of plans? Don’t worry, you can now reschedule your visit via The Wave’s website!

Step 1: Go to ‘Your Account’
Step 2: Hover on the ‘Your Account’ button top right hand corner.
Step 3: From the drop-down button, click ‘My Orders’
Step 4: Click the ‘re-arrange booking’ button for the relevant order
Step 5: From the Calendar, select the date you wish to move your booking too.
Step 6: Continue to payment to complete your rebooking *Please note, this will incur a £3 re-booking fee for each ticket type*
