If you have pre-booked, please bring your proof of booking to collect your waterpark entry wristbands. (You will have received this via email when you made your booking.) You can collect your wristbands at the ticket collection points in the main reception area.

Once you have collected your session wristbands, you will be able to head through the turnstiles by scanning the QR code on your wristband at the gate.
You will now make your way to the changing rooms. Changing rooms are available for both individuals and families, along with fully accessible changing rooms too.
Now you are waterpark ready, you can store your belongings away safely in the lockers for free, also using your unique QR code wristband. No coins or tokens are required to use the lockers.
