Our Spectator Gallery is not available. Anyone wishing to wait for waterpark attendees can sit in Cofa's Café located on the ground floor where they can enjoy refreshments.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the session starts and checking travel to ensure you arrive in time for your session. You'll be able to find helpful tips on our plan your visit page.

Times stated in school holidays may vary due to special sessions running.

Please be aware that loud music and alarms will sound in our general sessions, which some users may find uncomfortable. Our Quiet Time session is recommended for those sensitive to loud sounds, which runs the same as our general session with no music or alarms.

Please note that access to the waterpark will only be granted on production of the original e-mail with booking confirmation on it – printouts & screenshots will NOT be accepted.

Junior tickets are strictly for ages 11 and under. Adult tickets are for ages 12 and over. Incorrect tickets are subject to additional charge.

If you are unable book, this maybe due to a very low amount of tickets available on the date chosen. Please try an alternative date available for your booking.

Experience a fun-filled, calm and relaxing environment with no music, sensory toys in the lazy river as well as accessible changing facilities. All slides are available for this session.
