Customer Notice:

  • Please ensure your ticket selection is in line with our adult to child ratios policy and junior ticket holders are under 12. Incorrect tickets are subject to additional charges.
  • Our Spectator Gallery is not available. Anyone wishing to wait for waterpark attendees can sit in Cofa's Café located on the ground floor where they can enjoy refreshments.
  • Special HAF Sessions will be available during certain holiday breaks. For more information and to book, please visit: Coventry HAF.

    • Important notes before you visit:

  • We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the session starts and checking travel to ensure you arrive in time for your session. You'll be able to find helpful tips on our plan your visit page.
  • Times stated in school holidays may vary due to special sessions running.
  • Please be aware that loud music and alarms will sound in our general sessions, which some users may find uncomfortable. Our Quiet Time session is recommended for those sensitive to loud sounds, which runs the same as our general session with no music or alarms.

  • Tickets are online booking only, unless specified.
  • Please note that access to the waterpark will only be granted on production of the original e-mail with booking confirmation on it – printouts & screenshots will NOT be accepted.
  • Junior tickets are strictly for ages 11 and under. Adult tickets are for ages 12 and over. Incorrect tickets are subject to additional charge.
  • Please note that Blue Light Card discount and codes are not accepted at this venue.
  • If you are unable book, this maybe due to a very low amount of tickets available on the date chosen. Please try an alternative date available for your booking.
  • Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions before booking your ticket.


    • Accessibility Tickets

    To purchase a disability ticket you will be required to show on arrival one form of ID from the list below:
  • National Disability Card
  • Nimbus Card
  • Photo of both sides of blue badge showing expiry date and photo


    • Disabled guests and carers tickets can be purchased online but proof of eligibility must be shown at reception on the day.     Parent and Toddler - Excludes Half Term and Summer Holidays
    Tuesdays: 10:15am - 11:15am - see our booking site for available dates.
    You’ll be able to enjoy the jets, slides and climbing areas of The Reef and chill out in The Lazy River. Available for under 5's.
    Quiet Time -  Sunday 29th June at 4:00pm - 6:00pm, Sunday 3rd August at 1:00pm - 3:00pm & Wednesday 20th August at 10:15am - 12:15pm
    Experience a fun-filled, calm and relaxing environment with no music, sensory toys in the lazy river as well as accessible changing facilities. All slides are available for this session. Ideal for families and individuals who have complex needs and disabilities. Please note: when purchasing a Disabled and Carer Tickets, please ensure you bring proof of identity.
