  • Tickets are online booking only, unless specified.
  • Please bring printed or electronic booking confirmation.
  • Junior tickets are strictly for ages 12 and under.
  • Proof of identity, such as Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter, must be provided for Disabled and Carer ticket holders. A full list of accepted IDs can be found on our Admissions Policy page.
  • If you are unable book, this maybe due to a very low amount of tickets available on the date chosen. Please try an alternative date available for your booking.
  • Please ensure you read our Terms and Conditions before booking your ticket.

    Session Information:

    Parent and Toddler - Excludes Half Term and Summer Holidays
    Tuesdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm & Wednesdays 1:30pm - 2:30pm.   You’ll be able to enjoy the jets, slides and climbing areas of The Reef and chill out in The Lazy River. Available for under 5's.
    Quiet Time - Sunday 2nd June, 10:00am - 12:00pm
    Experience a fun-filled, calm and relaxing environment with no music, sensory toys in the lazy river as well as accessible changing facilities. All slides are available for this session. Ideal for families and individuals who have complex needs and disabilities. Please note: when purchasing a Disabled and Carer Tickets, please ensure you bring proof of identity.
